Four independent rooms, each named after a Campanian grape. Pared-back interiors, linen sheets, some with a private balcony. Each bookable on its own.
Choosing between the four
The four rooms are deliberately equivalent: twenty square metres each, a double bed, a private en-suite bathroom and the same fittings. There is no first-class room and no second-class room, and we do not charge a supplement for a view that does not exist.
The one concrete difference is the Aglianico's private balcony: it is the only one of the four that has one. If breakfast in the open air matters, take that one. Otherwise pick the name you like best — they are four Campanian wine grapes, and each has a story worth reading.
What is always included
Breakfast. Wi-Fi. Air conditioning. A private en-suite bathroom with shower, bidet, hairdryer and toiletries. Fridge and in-room safe. Flat-screen TV. Linen and towels.
There are no hidden supplements on any of it: what you read is what you get.
How self check-in works
Patriziella 4 Rooms is a self-access B&B. There is no reception desk with hours to work around: you let yourself in with a dynamic door code, delivered through our web app.
In practice that means you can arrive on the eleven o'clock train, or leave on the first hydrofoil of the morning, without telling anyone and without the risk of a locked door. If you need us we are there, by message and in person when it matters — we simply do not make you wait for us.
Where we are, exactly
Via Marziale 27, in central Sorrento. The distances that matter, all on foot:
- Sorrento station: two minutes, about a hundred metres. It is the terminus of the Circumvesuviana line, and the coach to Capodichino airport and the buses to Positano and the Amalfi Coast leave from there too.
- Piazza Tasso, the main square: four minutes, about three hundred metres.
- The Cathedral and the Sedil Dominova: a little under five hundred metres.
- Marina Piccola, the harbour for ferries to Capri: seven minutes, about seven hundred and fifty metres.

An honest note about stairs
We are in a building in the old centre. Expect a few flights of stairs, and weigh that up if you have mobility difficulties or very heavy luggage: write to us before booking and we will tell you exactly what to expect, without dressing it up.
