The southern tip of the Sorrento peninsula, facing Capri. A protected marine reserve since 1997, one of the most important in the Mediterranean for biodiversity and underwater landscapes.
The CAI trail starts from the village of Termini (Massa Lubrense) and reaches the Tower of Minerva in about ninety minutes, through olive groves and broom — the 17th-century watchtower on the headland. Below it, the remains of Roman villas and the clear waters of the marine reserve.
Reach Termini by car (25 minutes from the B&B) and continue on foot, or come by boat. For divers, this is one of the finest dives on the coast: posidonia meadows, submerged caves and, on clear days, schools of fish in the blue.
